Abstract

Kehadiran layanan centralized exchange (CEX) Indonesia memberikan keamanan dan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam transaksi jual beli cryptocurrency. Akan tetapi, masih banyak pengguna CEX Indonesia yang beralih penggunaan dari CEX Indonesia ke CEX internasional sebagai layanan utama untuk transaksi jual beli cryptocurrency. Jika ditelusuri lebih lanjut, fenomena ini dapat berdampak pada negara, pengguna layanan, dan juga penyedia layanan CEX Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor�faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengguna dalam beralih penggunaan dari layanan CEX Indonesia ke layanan CEX internasional menggunakan teori Push-Pull�Mooring. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 110 pengguna CEX cryptocurrency di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor push dan pull berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching intention dan switching behavior. Namun, faktor mooring tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching intention, serta tidak memoderasi hubungan antara faktor push dan pull dengan switching intention. Switching intention terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching behavior. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan penyedia layanan CEX cryptocurrency agar dapat berkompetisimemberikan layanan terbaik.

English Abstract

The presence of Indonesian centralized exchanges (CEX) provides security and convenience for users in cryptocurrency buying and selling transactions. However, many Indonesian CEX users are stillswitching from Indonesian CEX to international CEX as their primary service for cryptocurrency transactions. Upon further investigation, this phenomenon can impact the country, CEX users, and Indonesian CEX. Thisresearch aimsto analyze the factors influencing users' decisionsto switch from Indonesian CEX to international CEX using the Push-Pull-Mooring theory. Data collection was conducted using a survey method with a questionnaire distributed online to 110 cryptocurrency CEX users in Indonesia. The results show that push and pull factors have a positive and significant effect on switching intention and switching behavior. However, the mooring factor does not have a positive and significant effect on switching intention, nor does it moderate the relationship between push and pull factors with switching intention. Switching intention is proven to have a positive and significant effect on switching behavior. The research results are expected to provide insights for policymakers and cryptocurrency CEX to compete in providing the best services.
