Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di wilayah yang memiliki curah hujan tingi termasuk di wilayah Indonesia. Banjir atau luapan air pada wilayah yang tidak seharusnya tergenang air dapat terjadi karena berbagai hal meluapnya air ke wilayah pemukiman akibat jebolnya tanggul sungai. Seperti halnya pada daerah aliran Sungai Jatiroto Kabupaten Lumajang yang setiap tahun mengalami banjir akibat jebolnya tanggul tanah yang difungsikan sebagai penahan luapan aliran debit banjir pada Sungai Jatiroto. Sehingga seringkali banjir akibat jebolnya tanggul tanah tersebut merusak pemukiman, fasilitas umum, dan lahan pertanian warga. Pada studi ini direncanakan pembangunan tanggul beton atau parapet untuk menahan debit banjir yang mengalir. Bangunan parapet didesain dengan ukuran tinggi maksimal 5 meter dan tinggi minimal 2 meter ditinjau dari hasil analisa tinggi permukaan banjir dengan volume tertentu. Dalam perencaan tanggul parapet juga memperhatikan kerentanan tanah terhadap longsor baik sebelum maupun sesudah dibangun tanggul beton di atas tanah tersebut. Pembangunan bangunan keairan tidak lepas dengan perhitungan stabilitas bangunan tersebut. Stabilitas ditinjau dengan berbagai kondisi antara lain guling, geser, gempa, daya dukung tanah. Bangunan dikatakan aman atau stabil apabila nilai faktor keamanan nya melebihi nilai faktor keamanan syarat. Dalam kondisi muka air normal dan muka air banjir tanpa gempa, FK terhadap guling sebesar 1,5 dan geser sebesar 1,5. Dalam kondisi muka air normal dengan gempa, FK terhadap guling sebesar 1,2 dan geser sebesar 1,2. Sedangkan untuk daya dukung tanah, nilai daya dukung ultimit harus kurang dari daya dukung yang diijinkan.

English Abstract

Floods are natural disasters that often occur in areas that have high rainfall, including Indonesia. Floods or water overflows in areas that should not be inundated with water can occur due to various reasons, air overflowing into residential areas due to broken river embankments. As is the case in the Jatiroto River catchment area, Lumajang Regency, which experiences flooding every year due to the collapse of the earth embankment which functions as a buffer against the overflow of flood discharge in the Jatiroto River. So floods often occur due to the collapse of the earth embankment, damaging residential areas, public facilities and residents' agricultural land. In this study, it is planned to build a concrete embankment or boundary wall to withstand the flowing flood discharge. The boundary wall building is designed with a maximum height of 5 meters and a minimum height of 2 meters based on the results of an analysis of the flood surface height with a certain volume. When planning the embankment boundary wall, you also pay attention to the vulnerability of the land to landslides both before and after the concrete embankment is built on the land. The construction of water buildings cannot be separated from calculating the stability of the building. Stability is reviewed under various conditions including overturning, shearing, earthquakes, soil bearing capacity. A building is said to be safe or stable if the safety factor value exceeds the safety factor value. Under normal water level and flood water conditions without earthquakes, the FK against rolling is 1.5 and shear is 1.5. Under normal water level conditions with an earthquake, the FK against overturning is 1.2 and shearing is 1.2. Meanwhile, for soil bearing capacity, the ultimate bearing capacity value must be less than the allowable bearing capacity.
