Abstract
Konsumsi rhodamin B memicu terbentuknya radikal bebas. Dosis rhodamin B yang diberikan pada penelitian ini sebesar dosis 3,5 mg/gram berat badan mencit. Kerusakan organ ginjal akibat rhodamin B dianalisis menggunakan intensitas radikal bebas, jenis radikal bebas, sifat kelistrikan, dan gambaran mikroskopis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian antioksidan seperti kayu bajakah, daun sirih merah, dan buah merah dapat memulihkan radikal bebas pada organ ginjal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organ ginjal kelompok rhodamin B mempunyai hasil pengukuran impedansi rendah, resistivitas rendah, dan konstanta dielektrik tinggi. Kemudian dari metode ESR (electron spin resonance) kelompok mencit yang diberi rhodamin B memiliki intensitas radikal yang tinggi. Jenis radikal bebas yang terbentuk akibat pengonsumsian rhodamin B yaitu O2- dan 1O2. Selain itu juga dibuktikan dengan metode citra mikroskopis yang dianalisis melalui kerusakan glomerulus dan sel tubulus mencapai total kerusakan 71,82%. Berdasarkan intensitas, impedansi, resistivitas, dan konstanta dielektrik. Penggunaan antioksidan dosis 3 pada masing-masing jenis antioksidan kayu bajakah, daun sirih merah, dan buah merah merupakan dosis paling efektif dalam menetralisir radikal bebas. Kemudian dari ketiga dosis efektif tersebut dibandingkan jenis antioksidan yang paling baik dalam menetralisir radikal bebas pada organ ginjal mencit (Mus musculus), yaitu jenis antioksidan daun sirih merah dosis 3 dengan nilai intensitas sebesar 0,75 mm2, impedansi sebesar 5.714 Ω, resistivitas sebesar 16,49 Ωm, dan konstanta dielektrik senilai 1.263,17 nF Serta terdapat radikal bebas yang terbentuk akibat pengonsumsian rhodamin B.
English Abstract
Consumption of rhodamine B triggers the formation of free radicals. The dose of rhodamine B given in this study was 3.5 mg/gram of mouse body weight. Kidney organ damage due to rhodamine B was analyzed using free radical intensity, type of free radical, electrical properties and microscopic images. The research results show that administration of antioxidants such as bajakah wood, red betel leaves and red fruit can restore free radicals in the kidneys. The research results showed that the rhodamine B group kidney organs had low impedance, low resistivity and high dielectric constant measurement results. Then, from the ESR (electron spin resonance) method, the group of mice given rhodamine B had a high radical intensity. The types of free radicals formed as a result of consuming rhodamine B are O2- and 1O2. Apart from that, it was also proven by the microscopic image method which analyzed the glomerular and tubular cell damage, which reached a total of 71.82% damage. Based on intensity, impedance, resistivity and dielectric constant. The use of 3 doses of antioxidants for each type of antioxidant in Bajakah wood, red betel leaves and red fruit is the most effective dose in neutralizing free radicals. Then the three effective doses were compared with the type of antioxidant that was best in neutralizing free radicals in the kidney organs of mice (Mus musculus), namely the red betel leaf antioxidant type dose 3 with an intensity value of 0.75 mm2, impedance of 5,714 Ω, resistivity of 16.49 Ω m, and a dielectric constant of 1,263.17 nF. And there are free radicals formed due to the consumption of rhodamine B.
