Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai pemantauan air di kondensat Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung. Tujuannya adalah agar diketahui kandungan kualitas air berdasarkan nilai konduktivitas dan kekeruhannya. Alat dari penelitian ini terdiri dari dua sensor, yaitu Conductivity Sensor untuk mendeteksi nilai konduktivitas dan Turbidity Sensor untuk mendeteksi nilai kekeruhan air. Nilai keluaran sensor berupa analog akan diolah melalui ADS1115 dan dihubungkan ke mikrokontroler ESP32. Kualitas air perlu diketahui untuk mencegah kerusakan pada alat-alat pabrik.
English Abstract
This research was conducted to monitor water quality in the condensate of Kebon Agung Sugar Factory. The objective was to assess water quality based on conductivity and turbidity values. The equipment used consisted of two sensors: a Conductivity Sensor to measure conductivity and a Turbidity Sensor to measure turbidity. The analog output values from these sensors were processed through ADS1115 and connected to an ESP32 microcontroller. Understanding water quality is crucial for preventing damage to factory equipment. Measurement data were displayed via a 16x02 LCD and serial monitor. This device can measure turbidity values within a range of 0-100 NTU and conductivity values within a range of 0-20,000 μS/cm, with an input voltage of 5 Volts.
