Abstract
Minat masyarakat Indonesia terhadap layanan digital meningkat, termasuk penggunaan aplikasi pemesanan tiket kereta api. Data Badan Pusat Statistik menunjukkan kereta api sebagai moda transportasi utama tahun 2023. PT Kereta Api Indonesia meningkatkan pelayanan dengan meluncurkan KAI Access pada tahun 2014. Meski pengguna mencapai 12.419.711 pada Juni 2023, kurang dari setengahnya aktif. PT KAI memperbarui aplikasi menjadi Access by KAI pada Agustus 2023, namun masih mengalami gangguan yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pengguna. Padahal, kepuasan terhadap layanan elektronik dapat menjadi penentu kuat niat keberlanjutan pengguna aplikasi Access by KAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor performance expectancy, system quality, dan social influence terhadap continuance intention aplikasi Access by KAI. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif nonparametrik dengan model Generalized Linear Model (GLM) dan kualitatif melalui pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil menunjukkan performance expectancy dan system quality berpengaruh terhadap continuance intention aplikasi. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mencakup lebih banyak faktor dan cakupan yang lebih luas
English Abstract
Indonesian public interest in digital services is increasing, including the use of train ticket booking applications. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics shows trains as the primary mode of transportation in 2023. PT Kereta Api Indonesia improved services by launching KAI Access in 2014. Although users reached 12,419,711 in June 2023, less than half were active. PT KAI updated the application to Access by KAI in August 2023, but it still experiences disruptions causing user dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, satisfaction with electronic services can be a strong determinant of users' continuance intention for the Access by KAI application. This study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, system quality, and social influence factors on the continuance intention of the Access by KAI application. The methods used are nonparametric quantitative with the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and qualitative through open-ended questions. Results show that performance expectancy and system quality influence the application's continuance intention. Future research is expected to include more factors and a broader scope
