Abstract
Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan wilayah pelayanan kritis yang dipenuhi dengan pengalaman yang bersifat traumatis, jumlah pasien tidak dapat diprediksi, serta tingkat keparahan yang bervariasi. Hal ini membuat penanganan pasien di IGD menjadi penuh tantangan, khususnya pada perawat IGD yang memungkinkan akan berdampak pada ketidakstabilan fisik dan emosinya. Hal tersebut dapat berdampak pada self-efficacy pada individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-compassion terhadap self-efficacy pada perawat IGD RSUD Bangil. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif fengan rancangan korelasional dengan desai cross sectional. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Self-Compassion Scale Short Form yang berjumlah 12 item dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) yang berjumlah 10 item. English Abstract
The Emergency Department (IGD) is a critical service area filled with traumatic experiences, unpredictable patient numbers, and varying levels of severity. This makes treating patients in the emergency room full of challenges, especially for emergency room nurses, which may have an impact on their physical and emotional instability. This can have an impact on individual self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and self-efficacy in emergency room nurses at Bangil Hospital. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational design with a cross-sectional design. The measuring instruments used are the Self-Compassion Scale Short Form, which has 12 items and the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), which has 10 items. The research subjects were 15 emergency room nurses at Bangil Regional Hospital who were obtained through accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Pearson.
