Fiodora, Elvina Estrelita and Ns. Ikhda Ulya, S.Kep., M.Kep (2024) Analisis Kesesuaian Data Untuk Mengangkat Diagnosis Keperawatan Utama Pada Kasus Stroke Di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (Igd) Rsud Bangil. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Data from Riskesdas in 2018 found that the prevalence of stroke in Indonesia was 10.9 per 1000 population. As the number of stroke sufferers increases, there is a need for a comprehensive and emergency assessment focusing on neurology, which can have a negative impact on quality of life, cognitive impairment, shortness of breath and death (Regenhardt et al., 2019). According to the results of research conducted by Esty Purnama Sari (2020), the inability to analyze data was due to not accommodating all patient complaint data so that the nursing diagnosis formulated was inaccurate. The population in this study were all patients with stroke symptoms in the Bangil Regional Hospital Emergency Room during the data collection period. This research sample uses non-probability sampling, namely convenience. This study analyzes the suitability of the data to raise the main nursing diagnosis in stroke cases in the ER at Bangil Regional Hospital. The findings showed that in the emergency room at Bangil Regional Hospital, the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion was raised as the first priority, proven by the number of diagnoses raised the most. Future researchers are expected to be able to add descriptions in the form of nursing interventions for patients with Cerebrovascular Accident CVA in the Emergency Department
