Abstract

Gagal ginjal adalah kondisi ginjal yang mengalami penurunan fungsi penyaringan, pembuangan elektrolit, dan tidak mampu menjaga keseimbangan elektrolit maupun zat kimia tubuh di dalam darah atau produksi urin, dan bahkan sampai tidak berfungsi sama sekali. Metode penelitian ini mengguanakan studi kasus pada pasien laki laki dan Perempuan dengan diagnose CKD st V dan telah menjalani terapi HD > 1 tahun. Prosedur yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan assesmen terhadap kepatuhan pembatasan cairan lalu dibandingkan dengan selisih berat badan pasien setalah HD yang lalu dan sebelum HD hari itu juga kemudian dihitung skor IDWG-nya. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 1 hari di Ruang Hemodialisa RSUD Bangil, dan data yang terkumpul dianilisi secara deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan skor IDWG antar Tn B dan Ny Z. Skor IDWG Ny Z cenderung lebih tinggi daripada Tn B. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan pada berat badan kering keduanya, Dimana berat badan kering pria cenderung lebih tinggi karena adanya faktor perbedaan komposisi tubuh antara pria dan Wanita. Kedua responden sama-sama memiliki skor kepatuhan pembatasan cairan di rentang normal dan juga skor IDWG yang masi berada pada kategori rendah. Dengan demikian menunjukkan adanya hubungan pada kepatuhan pembatasan cairan dan skor IDWG pada pasien HD

English Abstract

Kidney failure is a condition where the kidneys experience a decrease in filtering function, elimination of electrolytes, and are unable to maintain the balance of electrolytes and body chemicals in the blood or urine production, and even to the point of not functioning at all. This research method uses case studies on male and female patients diagnosed with CKD st V and who have undergone HD therapy for > 1 year. The procedure carried out is to assess compliance with fluid restrictions and then compare it with the difference in the patient's weight after the previous HD and before the HD on the same day and then calculate the IDWG score. This research took place for 1 day in the Hemodialysis Room at Bangil Regional Hospital, and the data collected was analyzed descriptively. In this study there was a difference in IDWG scores between Mr B and Mrs Z. Mrs Z's IDWG score tended to be higher than Mr B. This was due to differences in the dry body weight of the two, where the dry body weight of men tended to be higher due to differences in body composition. between men and women. Both respondents had fluid restriction compliance scores in the normal range and also IDWG scores which were still in the low category. Thus, it shows a relationship between compliance with fluid restrictions and IDWG scores in HD patients.
