Abstract
Kekerasan seksual merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan yang sering terjadi. Usia remaja sekolah merupakan usia yang rentan mengalami kekerasan seksual. Kekerasan seksual seringkali berdampak negatif bagi korban salah satunya dari segi psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kejadian kekerasan seksual dengan kecemasan dan depresi pada siswa di salah satu SMA di Kabupaten Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan descriptive correlational, menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa di salah satu SMA di Kabupaten Malang berjumlah 200 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Kekerasan Seksual dan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 21. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji korelasional Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 27 siswa (13,5%) mengalami kejadian kekerasan seksual dan mengalami kecemasan serta 24 siswa (12%) mengalami kejadian kekerasan seksual dan mengalami depresi. Hasil uji korelasional menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kejadian kekerasan seksual kecemasan dan depresi pada siswa di salah satu SMA di Kabupaten Malang. Diperlukan berbagai langkah konkret dari berbagai pihak untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kekerasan seksual pada remaja seperti peningkatan literasi dan edukasi seksualitas di sekolah, pedeteksian dini kesehatan mental dan layanan bantuan bagi korban kekerasan seksual.
English Abstract
Sexual violence is a form of violence that often occurs. School age teenagers are an age that is vulnerable to experiencing sexual violence. Sexual violence often has a negative impact on victims, including psychologically. This study aims to analyze the relationship between incidents of sexual violence and anxiety and depression in students at one of the high schools in Malang Regency. This research design is non-experimental with a descriptive correlational approach, using a cross sectional design. The respondents of this research were 200 students at one of the high schools in Malang Regency. The instrument used was the Sexual Violence and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 21 questionnaire. The test used was the Chi-Square correlational test. The results showed that 27 students (13.5%) experienced incidents of sexual violence and experienced anxiety and 24 students (12%) experienced incidents of sexual violence and experienced depression. The correlational test results show a p value of 0.000. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the incidence of sexual violence, anxiety and depression in students at one of the high schools in Malang Regency. Various concrete steps are needed from various parties to anticipate the occurrence of sexual violence against teenagers, such as increasing literacy and sexuality education in schools, early detection of mental health and assistance services for victims of sexual violence
