Abstract
Pasar Induk desa paciran yang bertempat di Jl. Daendles, Desa Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan pasar utama di desa paciran dengan ikan menjadi komoditas utama. Proses jual beli dipasar tradisional desa paciran menggunakan cara konvensional. Cara konvensional mempunyai beberapa masalah diantaranya harga ikan antara lapak memiliki perbedaan yang cukup jauh, pembeli kurang mengetahui jenis ikan, pembeli tidak mengetahui stok ikan. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis memberikan solusi dengan merancang Graphical User Interface dari aplikasi sistem penjualan ikan online yang menciptakan hasil akhir berupa prototype high-fidelity untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku usaha jual beli ikan dan masyarakat yang akan membeli ikan dalam memberikan informasi dan akses dalam aktivitas jual beli ikan secara online kepada masyarakat. Proses perancangan ini menggunakan metode design thinking, terdapat lima tahapan yaitu empathize , define, ideate, prototype dan test. Pengujian penelitian ini terdapat aspek efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan dengan menggunakan usability testing dengan task scenario dan system usability scale. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aspek efektifitas didapatkan hasil 97% untuk pembeli dan penjual dengan grade scale A dan adjective rating Excellent. Pada aspek efisiensi didapatkan hasil 97,7% untuk pembeli dan 96% untuk penjual dengan grade scale A dan adjective rating Excellent. aspek kepuasan untuk pembeli didapati hasil 79,5 dan penjual 82,8.
English Abstract
Central Market Paciran Village, located on St. Daendles, Paciran Village, Lamongan Regency, is the main market in Paciran Village with fish being the main commodity. The buying and selling process in the traditional market of Paciran village uses conventional methods. Conventional methods have several problems including the price of fish between stalls has a considerable difference, buyers do not know the type of fish, buyers do not know the stock of fish. Based on the above problems, the author provides a solution by designing a Graphical User Interface of an online fish sales system application that creates the final result in the form of a high-fidelity prototype to provide convenience for fish buying and selling businesses and people who will buy fish in providing information and access in online fish buying and selling activities to the public. This design process uses the design thinking method, there are five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. This research testing has aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction using usability testing with task scenarios and system usability scale. Based on the results of testing the effectiveness aspect, the results obtained 97% for buyers and sellers with grade scale A and adjective rating Excellent. In the efficiency aspect, the results were 97.7% for buyers and 96% for sellers with a grade scale A and adjective rating Excellent. the satisfaction aspect for buyers was found to be 79.5 and sellers 82.8.
