Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya waktu, jumlah prosedur laparotomi mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Peningkatan ini juga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan komplikasi setelah pembedahan. Mobilisasi pasien setelah pembedahan adalah aspek penting dalam perawatan pascaoperasi yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat pemulihan, mencegah komplikasi, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Mobilisasi dini, yang melibatkan aktivitas fisik atau gerakan segera setelah operasi, telah menjadi standar dalam banyak protokol perawatan bedah modern. Tujuan dari penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir adalah menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien syok sepsis dan iritasi peristoma riwayat tb dan hepatitis dengan intervensi mobilisasi dini post tindakan laparotomi eksplorasi. Penelitian ini adalah analisis asuhan keperawatan untuk mengevaluasi tindakan mobilisasi yang dilakukan di Ruang Parangtritis, Rumah Sakit dr. Saiful Anwar, Malang. Responden penelitian ini adalah pasien yang telah menjalani prosedur laparatomi yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Intervensi yang diberikan pada responden adalah mobilisasi dini dengan latihan napas, menggerakkan tangan dan kaki, miring kanan kiri, serta latihan duduk. Hasil dari studi kasus ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan rentang gerak, kekuatan otot, pergerakan ekstremitas, dan fungsi gastrointestinal. Mobilisasi dini berfungsi dalam melancarkan aliran darah dan mempercepat pemulihan keseluruhan otot tubuh. Pasien yang melakukan mobilisasi akan lebih cepat pulih kondisi otot tubuh dan fungsi gastrointestinal. Begitupun dengan hasil implementasi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa mobilisasi dini secara bertahap dapat meningkatkan mobilitas fisik dan fungsi gastrointestinal pasien.

English Abstract

As time increases, the number of laparotomy procedures has increased significantly. This increase also influences the increase in complications after surgery. Patient mobilization after surgery is an important aspect of postoperative care aimed at speeding recovery, preventing complications, and improving the patient's quality of life. Early mobilization, involving physical activity or movement immediately after surgery, has become standard in many modern surgical treatment protocols. The aim of writing the Final Scientific Paper is to analyzing nursing care for patients with septic shock and peristoma irritation with a history of TB and hepatitis with early mobilization intervention after exploratory laparotomy. This research is a case study to evaluate mobilization actions carried out in the Parangtritis Room, Dr. Hospital. Saiful Anwar, Malang. The respondents of this study were patients who had undergone a laparotomy procedure determined by accidental sampling technique. The intervention given to respondents was early mobilization with breathing exercises, moving hands and feet, tilting right and left, and sitting exercises. The results of this case study show changes in range of motion, muscle strength, limb movement, and gastrointestinal function. Early mobilization functions to improve blood flow and accelerate overall recovery of the body's muscles. Patients who mobilize will recover more quickly in body muscle condition and gastrointestinal function. Likewise, the results of this study also show that early mobilization can gradually improve the patient's physical mobility and gastrointestinal function.
