Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pasuruan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 120 siswa, yang terbagi menjadi 30 siswa kelas XI TPTU, 30 siswa kelas X TKJ, 30 siswa kelas XI TKJ, dan 30 siswa kelas XII TKJ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi pada siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII TKJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengukur variabel gaya belajar, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian dibagi menjadi dua bagian: parsial dan simultan. Analisis parsial mencakup hubungan antara hasil belajar, serta hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Analisis simultan mengkaji hubungan antara motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII TKJ dalam mata pelajaran Dasar�Dasar Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran yang sama. Secara simultan, motivasi belajar memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII TKJ pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi.

English Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Pasuruan City to examine the relationship between learning style and learning motivation on student learning achievement. The research respondents consisted of 120 students, divided into 30 students in class XI TPTU, 30 students in class X TKJ, 30 students in class XI TKJ, and 30 students in class XII TKJ. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between learning style and learning motivation on learning achievement in the Basics of Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering subjects in class X, XI and XII TKJ students. This research uses a quantitative method with an instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire to measure learning style variables, learning motivation and student learning outcomes. The research results are divided into two parts: partial and simultaneous. Partial analysis includes the relationship between learning styles and learning achievement, as well as the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement. Simultaneous analysis examines the relationship between learning style and learning motivation together on learning achievement. The results of the partial analysis show that there is a relationship between learning style and the learning achievement of class X, XI, and XII TKJ students in the Basics of Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering subjects. Apart from that, there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and student achievement in the same subject. Simultaneously, learning style and learning motivation have a significant relationship to the learning achievement of class X, XI, and XII TKJ students in the Basics of Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering subjects.
