Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan di SMAN 3 Malang dalam penelitian ini pada penerapan metode ceramah yang monoton, penggunaan media PowerPoint yang kurang interaktif, dan kurangnya demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan peserta didik merasa mengantuk dan bosan selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari perbedaan hasil belajar antara problem based learning dengan direct instruction menggunakan media interaktif Nearpod pada ranah kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X mata pelajaran informatika. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelas yaitu kelas X-G dan X-H dengan keseluruhannya berjumlah 64 peserta didik dengan masing-masing kelas terdiri dari 32 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen desain weak experimental berjenis The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini mencakup modul ajar sebagai pedoman materi pembelajaran, soal pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur ranah kognitif, lembar kerja peserta didik untuk mengukur ranah psikomotorik, dan lembar observasi peserta didik untuk mengevaluasi ranah afektif. Analisis data statistik yang termasuk uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji hipotesis perbedaan nilai kognitif sebesar 11,71 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai psikomotorik sebesar 2,76 dengan signifikansi 0,365 serta nilai afektif sebesar 7,25 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Maka pada ranah kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif terdapat perbedaan antara kelas kontrol mengimplementasikan direct instruction dengan kelas eksperimen mengimplementasikan problem based learning menggunakan media interaktif Nearpod.

English Abstract

The problems found at SMAN 3 Malang in this study are the application of monotonous lecture methods, the use of less interactive PowerPoint media, and the lack of demonstrations in learning, causing students to feel sleepy and bored during learning. The purpose of this study was to find the difference between problem-based learning and direct instruction using Nearpod interactive media in the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains of learning outcomes of class X students of informatics subjects. This study involved two classes, namely classes X�G and X-H with a total of 64 students with each class consisting of 32 students. This study used a quantitative research method of weak experimental design type The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design with purposive sampling. This research instrument includes teaching modules as a guide to learning materials, pretest and posttest questions to measure the cognitive domain, student worksheets to measure the psychomotor domain, and student observation sheets to evaluate the affective domain. Statistical data analysis included normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. The results of the hypothesis test of the difference in cognitive scores amounted to 11.71 with a significance of 0.000. The psychomotor value is 2.76 with a significance of 0.365 and the affective value is 7.25 with a significance of 0.000. So in the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains there are differences between the control class implementing direct instruction and the experimental class implementing problem-based learning using Nearpod interactive media.
