Abstract
Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Indonesia berkembang pesat se ap tahun, salah satunya pada sektor kesehatan. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. 24 Tahun 2022, seluruh fasilitas layanan Kesehatan diwajibkan menerapkan system Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Fasilitas layanan Kesehatan sudah banyak yang menerapkan sistem RME, namun masih ditemukan kendala dan permasalahan dalam penerapannya. Peneli an ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem RME pada klinik pratama. Peneli an ini menggunakan pemodelan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Peneli an ini menemukan adanya pengaruh dari faktor Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi (KM) terhadap Persepsi Kemanfaatan (PK) dan Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PKP), faktor Persepsi Kemanfaatan (PK) terhadap Sikap Menggunakan RME (SM), dan faktor Sikap Menggunakan RME (SM) terhadap Penggunaan RME (PR). Namun dak ditemukan pengaruh dari faktor Pengaruh Sosial (PS) terhadap Persepsi Kemanfaatan (PK) dan Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PKP). Dalam peneli an ini juga dak ditemukan pengaruh faktor Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PKP) terhadap Sikap Menggunakan RME (SM). Penerapan RME pada fungsionalitas fasyenkes dapat di ngkatkan dengan perbaruan sistem yang berkala dan pengontrolan pemahaman pengguna terkait penggunaan RME secara ru n.
English Abstract
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Indonesia is growing rapidly every year, one of which is in the health sector. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 of 2022, all health care facilities are required to implement an Electronic Medical Record (RME) system. Many health service facilities have implemented the RME system, but there are still obstacles and problems in its implementation. This study aims to determine the factors that influence user acceptance of the RME system. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) modeling. This study found the influence of the Facilitating Conditions (KM) factor on Perceived Usefulness (PK) and Perceived Ease of Use (PKP), the Perceived Usefulness (PK) factor on Attitude to Use RME (SM), and the Attitude to Use RME (SM) factor on RME Use (PR). However, no influence was found from the Social Influence factor (PS) on Perceived Usefulness (PK) and Perceived Ease of Use (PKP). This study also did not find the influence of the perceived ease of use (PKP) factor on the attitude of using RME (SM). The application of RME in the health facility functionality can be improved by periodic system updates and controlling user understanding of the use of RME regularly.
