Abstract
Penggunaan treadmill sebagai alat latihan fisik telah menjadi tren di masyarakat modern yang semakin sadar akan pentingnya kesehatan dan kebugaran. Treadmill, yang sering kali ditemukan di gym, menawarkan kemudahan dalam berolahraga, terutama di lingkungan yang terkendali dan dapat diatur sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam hal ini, berlari di treadmill dapat dianggap sebagai bentuk olahraga yang lebih nyaman daripada berlari di luar. Orang tidak perlu membertimbangan cuaca, tingkat cahaya, atau lalu lintas. Namun, di balik kemudahan ini, terdapat risiko kelelahan yang dapat mengakibatkan cedera serius jika tidak terdeteksi dan ditangani dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem deteksi kelelahan berbasis teknologi menjadi sangat penting. Teknologi seperti sensor Electrocardiography (ECG) dan metode fuzzy mamdani dalam sistem deteksi kelelahan dapat membantu memonitor kondisi fisiologis pengguna secara lebih objektif dan memberikan peringatan dini saat tanda-tanda kelelahan mulai muncul. Shimmer mampu memonitor kondisi jantung pengguna selama berolahraga di treadmill. Sistem ini akan mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis data secara real-time, sehingga dapat memberikan feedback yang cepat dan akurat kepada pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian dilakukan dengan tujuan evaluasi terhadapt kinerja metode yang sudah diimplementasikan yaitu fuzzy mamdani untuk deteksi kelelahan pada pengguan treadmill berbasis sensor electrocardiography. Untuk nilai akurasi sebesar 83,33%.
English Abstract
The use of Treadmills as a physical exercise tool has become a trend in modern societies that are increasingly aware of the importance of health and fitness. Treadmills, which are often found in gyms, offer ease of exercise, especially in a controlled environment and can be adjusted according to the user's needs. In this case, running on a treadmill can be considered a more comfortable form of exercise than running outside. People don't need to weigh the weather, light levels, or traffic. However, behind this convenience, there is a risk of burnout that can result in serious injuries if not detected and treated properly. Therefore, the development of a technology-based fatigue detection system is very important. Technologies such as sensor Electrocardiography (ECG) and the Fuzzy Mamdani method in fatigue detection systems can help monitor the user's physiological condition more objectively and provide early warning when signs of fatigue begin to appear. Shimmer is able to monitor the user's heart condition during exercise on the treadmill. This system will collect data and analyze data in real-time, so that it can provide fast and accurate feedback to users. In this study, the test was carried out with the aim of evaluating the performance of the method that has been implemented, namely Fuzzy Mamdani for fatigue detection in the use of a Shimmer Electrocardiography-based treadmill. Then the calculation for the accuracy value was obtained at 83.33%.
