Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya pemberdayaan pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (LPSDM) Serva Minora. Penelitian ini kemudian mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi konsep yang digunakan dalam program pemberdayaan tersebut, serta implementasi konsep terhadap pemberdayaan yang dilakukan. Pendekatan pendidikan kritis dan teori pendidikan hadap masalah digunakan sebagai kerangka konseptual untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh LPSDM Serva Minora memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan pribadi dan profesional siswa. Program-program tersebut tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan akademis siswa, tetapi juga keterampilan hidup dan kesiapan mereka di masa mendatang. Siswa yang mengikuti program ini mengalami peningkatan dalam pemikiran kritis, kreativitas, dan kepercayaan diri.
English Abstract
This research focuses on the educational empowerment efforts carried out by the Human Resource Development Agency (LPSDM) Serva Minora. The study aims to identify the concepts used in the empowerment programs and the implementation of these concepts in the empowerment efforts. Critical education approaches and problem-based learning theory are used as the conceptual framework for data analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the empowerment programs conducted by LPSDM Serva Minora significantly contribute to the personal and professional development of students. These programs not only enhance students' academic abilities but also their life skills and future readiness. Students participating in the programs experience improvements in critical thinking, creativity, and self-confidence.
