Abstract

Direktorat Pengembangan Karir dan Alumni (DPKA) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) bertanggung jawab memastikan lulusan mencapai pekerjaan layak sesuai dengan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) 1. Namun, capaian IKU 1 UB tahun 2022 hanya mencapai 63,1%, di bawah Gold Standard 80% dengan response rate lebih dari 95%. Data ini dikumpulkan melalui tracer study terhadap alumni beberapa bulan setelah lulus menggunakan kuesioner melalui Sistem Informasi Alumni dan Tracer Study (SINATRA). Kuesioner ini berkontribusi tidak langsung pada pencapaian IKU 1 dengan mengumpulkan data untuk menganalisis status pekerjaan, usaha, atau studi lanjut alumni. Diperlukan strategi lebih efektif untuk memenuhi target IKU 1 dan mendukung lulusan dalam mencapai pekerjaan yang layak, salah satunya dengan menyediakan fitur curriculum vitae (CV) generator. Dalam merancang fitur CV generator, perlu mempertimbangkan pengalaman pengguna untuk memastikan kemudahan, kenyamanan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna optimal dalam menyusun CV menggunakan sistem generator. Hasil perancangan pengalaman pengguna ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam desain fitur CV generator yang akan dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode Human Centered Design (HCD). Pada tahap evaluasi solusi, dilakukan pengujian usability dan user experience terhadap 20 responden. Nilai efektivitas pengujian usability mencapai 81,6%, sedangkan efisiensi mencapai 0,05 goals per detik. Pengujian user experience dengan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) menghasilkan nilai 1,66 untuk attractiveness, 1,78 untuk perspicuity, 1,85 untuk efficiency, 1,88 untuk dependability, 1,66 untuk stimulation, dan 1,10 untuk novelty.

English Abstract

The Directorate of Career and Alumni Development (DPKA) of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) is responsible for ensuring that graduates achieve gainful employment by Key Performance Indicator (KPI) 1. However, UB's KPI 1 achievement in 2022 only reached 63.1%, below the Gold Standard of 80% with a response rate of more than 95%. This data was collected through a tracer study of alumni several months after graduation using a questionnaire through the Alumni Information System and Tracer Study (SINATRA). This questionnaire contributes indirectly to the achievement of KPI 1 by collecting data to analyze the employment, business, or further study status of alumni. A more effective strategy is needed to fulfill KPI 1 targets and support graduates in achieving decent employment, one of which is by providing a curriculum vitae (CV) generator feature. In designing the CV generator feature, it is necessary to consider the user experience to ensure user convenience, comfort, and satisfaction. This research aims to design and evaluate the optimal user experience in compiling a CV using a generator system. The results of this user experience design are expected to be a reference in the design of CV generator features that will be developed by applying the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. At the solution evaluation stage, usability and user experience testing was conducted on 20 respondents. The effectiveness value of usability testing reached 81.6%, while the efficiency reached 0.05 goals per second. User experience testing with the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) resulted in a score of 1.66 for attractiveness, 1.78 for perspicuity, 1.85 for efficiency, 1.88 for dependability, 1.66 for stimulation, and 1.10 for novelty.
