Abstract

Pertanian menjadi salah satu sektor yang merupakan pusat perhatian dalam pembangunan nasional, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan hasil-hasil strategis terutama yang berhubungan dengan komoditas pangan. menurut Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Quartal ke 2, 2022, Margo Yuwono menyatakan bahwa sektor pertanian bagian dari yang memiliki peran besar terhadap distribusi produk domistik bruto (PDB) yang mencapai 12,98 persen dengan pertumbuhannya sebesar 1,37 persen. Posisi tersebut masuk tiga besar Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) lapangan usaha yang tumbuh bersama sektor industri dan pertambangan. Namun pada tahun 2023 data BPS menunjukkan Produksi padi pada tahun 2023 diperkirakan sebesar 53,63 juta ton GKG, turun sebanyak 1,12 juta ton GKG atau 2,05 persen dibandingkan produksi padi di 2022 yang sebesar 54,75 juta ton GKG, Sektor usaha tani padi tidak akan memiliki andil yang baik terhadap PDB tanpa ada sarana dan prasarana yang memadahi, kehadiran Alat mesin pertanian (Alsintan) di era industry 5.0 untuk padi inbrida. Kehadiran modernisasi alat mesin pertanian pada petani padi inbrida yang masuk di Desa Jamberejo kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro menunjukan berbagai dampak yang timbul adanya hal tersebut baik itu dampak yang positif (baik) maupun negatif (kurang baik) terhadap masyarakat petani dengan adanya modernisasi tersebut. Tujuan yang di harapkan dari penelitian ini antara lain mendeskripsikan kondisi sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan serta menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Jamberejo sebelum dan sesudah adanya modernisasi alat mesin pertanian padi inbrida. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Menurut Prof. Dr. John W. Creswell (Pakar Metode Penelitian Kualitatif): Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendokumentasikan fenomena yang diamati dengan detail yang tinggi. Melalui deskripsi yang teliti, peneliti dapat menyajikan gambaran yang mendalam dan kaya tentang pengalaman, perilaku, atau situasi yang diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut hadir atau adanya modernisasi alsintan moden di Desa Jamberejo kecamatan Kedungadem memberikan perubahan yang positif terhadap kesejahteraannya masyarakat di Desa Jamberejo. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan responden setalah adanya modernisasi alat pertanian. Dari seluruh sub-variabel kesejahteraan yang diteliti seluruhnya menunjukkan perubahan yang positif Meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Jamberejo pasca masuknya modernisasi alat-alat mesin pertanian (alsintan).

English Abstract

Agriculture has become one of the sectors that are at the centre of national development, especially those related to the management and exploitation of strategic outcomes especially those relating to food commodities. According to the head of the Central Statistical Agency (BPS) for the 2nd quarter of 2022, Margo Yuwono stated that the agricultural sector part of which has a major role in the distribution of gross domestic product (GDP) which reached 12.98 percent with growth of 1.37 percent. But by 2023, the BPS data showed that the production of pepper in 2023 is estimated at 53.63 million tonnes of GKG, down by 1.12 million tonnes or 2.05 percent compared to the production in 2022 that was 54.75 million tonnes, the padi business sector will not have a good share of GDP without any means and prasarana that melt, the presence of Agricultural machinery (Alsintan) in the era of industry 5.0 for padi inbrida. The presence of modernization of agricultural machinery in the farmers who entered the village of Jamberejo district of Kedungadem District of Bojonegoro showed the various impacts that this occurred both positive (good) and negative (less good) impact on the farmer society with the modernization. The expected objectives of this study include describing social, economic and environmental conditions as well as analyzing the level of well-being of the population in the village of Jamberejo before and after the modernization of the agricultural machinery of inbrida peas. According to Prof. Dr. John W. Creswell (Pioneer of the Qualitative Research Method): The qualitative research with a descriptive approach allows researchers to document observed phenomena in high detail. Through careful descriptions, researchers can present an in-depth and rich picture of the experience, behavior, or situation studied. From the results of the research present or the presence of modernization of the modern environment in Jamberejo Village, the district of Kedungadem has given a positive change to the well-being of the people in the village. This can be seen from the existence of improvement in the welfare of respondents if there is a modernisation of agricultural tools. (alsintan).
