Abstract

Demokrasi Pancasila adalah konsep demokrasi berlandaskan pada nilai Pancasila yang berhubungan dengan Hak Asasi sebagai dasar negara dalam menentukan langkah kebijakan negara selanjutnya. Kebijakan negara pada setiap periode pemerintahan berbeda-beda antara satu dengan lainnya dan menjadi bagian dari sejarah bangsa guna menjadi refleksi untuk kepemimpinan selanjutnya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menemukan kandungan representasi simbolisasi penceritaan buku Laut Bercerita dari segi tokoh utama terkait pelanggaran Hak Asasi yang berhubungan dengan demokrasi dalam bersuara berdasarkan metode penelitian analisis naratif strukturalisme tekstual milik Algirdas Greimas. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan yaitu mengklasifikasikan karakter subjek, objek, pengirim, penerima, pendukung, dan penghambat. Keenam unsur tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis secara keseluruhan dengan mempertimbangkan pengelompokkan situasi awal, klimaks dan akhir (final) teks dari cerita. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah representasi opini Chudori tersampaikan dengan baik dari sudut pandang karakter korban, Biru Laut. Tanda dan makna tersajikan secara struktural dengan tetap memerhatikan alur waktu dan tempat dalam setiap sub-bab. Selanjutnya ditemukan kandungan pemaknaan yang menghadirkan kaitan bentuk representasi antara demokrasi, implementasi terhadap HAM, serta kegiatan sosial sesuai dengan latar waktu pemerintahan pada buku Laut Bercerita. Dari 10 sub-bab yang diteliti oleh peneliti, pemaknaan HAM dan demokrasi memiliki kaitan erat dengan budaya peristiwa sejarah masa lampau sebagai awal mula demokrasi yang patut diketahui generasi masa kini sebagai bagian sejarah bangsa serta sebagai introspeksi bangsa agar sesuai dalam implementasi Pancasila dan UUD 1945.

English Abstract

Meaning Democracy of Pancasila is a democration concept based on Pancasila which similar to Human Rights as the basis of the state in determining the next state policy steps. State policies in each period of government different from one to another and became part of history the nations and it serve as a reflection for future leadership. This research is aimed for finding the symbolic representational content of the storytelling in the Laut Bercerita book in terms of the main character about violations of Human Rights had relate to democracy with Algirdas Greimas narrative analysis research method. Narrative analysis used to classify subject, object, sender, receiver, adjuvant, and traitor. These six elements are then analyzed as a whole by considering the grouping of initial situations, climax, and final analysis of the story. The result of this research is that the representation of Chudori’s opinion is conveyed well from the perspective of the main character, Biru Laut. Signs and meanings are presented structurally while still paying attention to the flow of time and place in each sub-chapter. Furthermore, meaning content was found which presented a link between forms of representation between democracy, implementation of human rights, and social activities in accordance with the government’s time setting in the Laut Bercerita book. From 10 sub-chapters research, the meaning of social-democratic human rights is closely related to historical culture as the beginning of democracy which the current generation should know as part of the nation’s history and as an introspection of the nation so that it is in accordance with the implementation of Pancasila and constitution.
