Abstract
Remaja penggemar K-pop yang sebagian besar kegiataannya berada di internet, membuat mereka rentan menjadi korban cyberbullying. Dampaknya, kesejahteraan psikologis menjadi rendah sehingga, memerlukan dukungan sosial teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja penggemar K-pop yang mengalami cyberbullying. Variabel dukungan sosial teman sebaya diukur menggunakan Zimet’s Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support dimensi Friends dan variabel kesejahteraan psikologis diukur menggunakan Psychological Well-Being scale. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Responden penelitian adalah remaja berusia 18-21 tahun dan penggemar K-pop yang pernah mengalami cyberbullying. Data diambil menggunakan Google Form yang disebarkan melalui media sosial dengan total 131 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial teman sebaya berperan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja penggemar K-pop yang mengalami cyberbullying dengan R²= 134, F(20,01) = 3,91, p = <0,05. Variabel dukungan sosial teman sebaya memiliki nilai M=21,23; SD=4,678 dan variabel kesejahteraan psikologis memiliki nilai M=119; SD=9,509. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, remaja penggemar K-pop dapat meningkatkan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan menciptakan komunitas online untuk berbagi pengalaman dan dukungan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologisnya
English Abstract
Teenagers who are fans of K-pop, mostly active on the internet, are vulnerable to becoming victims of cyberbullying. As a result, their psychological well-being becomes low, thus requiring peer social support. This aims of this study is to see how much the role of peer social support in the psychological well-being of teenagers who are K-pop fans who experiencing cyberbullying. The variable of peer social support was measured using Zimet's Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support dimension Friends dimension and the variable of psychological well-being was measured using the Psychological Well-Being scale. The research method used quantitative method with accidental sampling technique. Respondents of this study were teenagers aged 18- 21 years and fans of K-pop who had experienced cyberbullying. Data were collected using Google Form distributed through social media with a total 131 respondents. Data analysis using simple linear regression model. The research results is peer social support plays a role in the psychological well-being of adolescent K-pop fans experiencing cyberbullying with R²= 134, F(20,01) = 3,91, p = <0,05. The peer social support variable has a mean value of M=21,23; SD=4,678, and the psychological well-being variable has a mean value of M=119; SD=9,509. Based on these research findings, teenage K-pop fans can enhance peer social support by creating online communities to share experiences and support so they can echance their pyschollogical well-being
