Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 29.0 untuk mengetahui hasil hipotesis. Penelitian ini memliki variabel independen profitabilitas dengan indikator Return On Equity, Struktur modal dengan Debt To Asset Ratio dan Ukuran perusahaan dengan indikator logaritma natural total aset. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari periode 2020-2022. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 25 Perusahaan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia berupa laporan keuangan dan annual report perusahaan dari periode 2020-2022. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 0,319 yang berarti variabel independen yang mempengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 31,9% dan sisanya 68,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
This research was concluded to determine the influence of Profitability, Capital Structure and Company Size on Company Value. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research use SPSS 29.0 to find out the result of the hypotesis. This research has an independent variable profitability with indicators Return On Equity, Capital structure with indicator Debt To Asset Ratio and Company size with the natural logarithm of total assets as an indicator. The population in this study are infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from the 2020-2022 period. The sample used was 25 companies. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling. Data collection was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website in the form of financial reports and company annual reports from the period 2020-2022. The results of this research show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.319, which means that the independent variable that influences the dependent variable is 31.9% and the remaining 68,1% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The results of the research show that partially profitability has a significant positive effect on company value, capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value, and company size has a significant positive effect on company value. Simultaneously, profitability, capital structure and company size influence company value.
