Abstract
Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk Optimalisasi Website Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Malang sebagai media sosial pemerintah Kota Malang dalam memberikan layanan informasi kepada masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan website. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa dalam pemanfaatan cyber public relation berupa website. Optimalisasi dilakukan pada Press Release dapat menaikkan insight. Dengan memegang teknik penulisan press release yang tepat mengacu pada kaidah jurnalistik pengunjung website tertarik untuk membaca caption pada postingan Instagram tersebut. Media sosial harus mampu dioptimalkan sebagai media penghubung antara Pemerintah dengan masyarakat, sehingga mampu menciptakan citra positif terhadap pemerintah. Dengan dibuatnya press release yang telah optimalisasi diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Malang sehingga dapat menambah wawasan website humaskotamalang.go.id
English Abstract
This observation aims to optimize the Malang City Regional Secretary's Leadership Protocol and Communication Website as social media for the Malang City government in providing information services to the public in an effort to increase website insight. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the use of cyber public relations is in the form of websites. Optimization carried out on Press Releases can increase insight. By adhering to the correct press release writing technique, referring to journalistic principles, website visitors are interested in reading the caption on the Instagram post. Social media must be able to be optimized as a liaison media between the government and society, so that it can create a positive image of the government. By making a press release that has been optimized, it is hoped that it can become input for the Protocol and Communication of the Regional Secretary of Malang City so that it can increase insight into the humaskotamalang.go.id website
