Abstract
Pago Creative Space bertujuan sebagai wadah bagi penggiat dan pelaku kreatif dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam berkarya khususnya di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Sektor lingkup yang diwadahi pada Pago Creative Space memuat tak hanya dalam satu jenis bidang yang mana setiap aspek bidang yang di wadahi mempunyai keunggulan dan pasar masing-masing. Sehingga Pago Creative Space sebagai tempat yang mendorong pengguna kreatif dalam menyalurkan kegiatan atau karya memberikan fasilitas yang mana meliputi area personal space, collaboration space, maker space, dan intermission space. Penerapan prinsp spatial quality dirasa sesuai dengan indicator dari tipologi ruang yang ada di Pago Creative Space. Spatial quality meliputi knowledge of processor, indicator of culture, process enabler, social dimension, source of stimulation. Spatial quality yaitu konsep yang digunakan dalam menstrategikan desain dalam sebuah creative space untuk memaksimalkan fungsi Pago Creative Space dalam berkreatifitas, berkolaborasi, dan berinovasi. Konsep-konsep tersebut adalah : (1) Prinsip spatial quality yang diterapkan pada lima tipologi ruang kreatif melalui layout ruang, hubungan antar ruang, pemilihan furnitur, suasana ruang seperti pemilihan warna dan pencahayaan, serta pemilihan material; dan (2) Prinsip spatial quality yang diterapkan pada gubahan bangunan melalui proses pemilihan bentuk, transformasi gubahan massa, zonasi, penambahan fasilitas penunjang, material bangunan, dan tampilan bangunan guna mentransfer pengetahuan dan menginspirasi melalui karya dan aktivitas creative space. Penerapan prinsip spatial quality pada Creative Hub di Tulungagung diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan fungsi bangunan dalam mengembangkan potensi dan kreativitas, bertemu, berkolaborasi, dan proses kerja lainnya bagi para pelaku kreatif guna menghasilkan inovasi terbarukan
English Abstract
Pago Creative Space aims to be a forum for creative activists and actors in increasing creativity in work, especially in Tulungagung Regency. The scope sector that is accommodated at Pago Creative Space contains not only in one type of field where each aspect of the field that is accommodated has its own advantages and markets. So that Pago Creative Space as a place that encourages creative users in channeling activities or works provides facilities which include personal space, collaboration space, maker space, and intermission space. The application of spatial quality principles is considered in accordance with the indicators of the typology of spaces in Pago Creative Space. Spatial quality includes knowledge of processor, indicator of culture, process enabler, social dimension, source of stimulation. Spatial quality is a concept used in strategizing design in a creative space to maximize the function of Pago Creative Space in creativity, collaboration, and innovation. These concepts are: (1) The principle of spatial quality applied to five typologies of creative spaces through space layout, interspace relationships, furniture selection, space atmosphere such as color and lighting selection, and material selection; and (2) The principle of spatial quality applied to building changes through the process of selecting shapes, transforming mass, zoning, adding supporting facilities, building materials, and building appearance to transfer knowledge and inspire through the work and activities of creative spaces. The application of spatial quality principles to the Creative Hub in Tulungagung is expected to optimize the function of the building in developing potential and creativity, meeting, collaborating, and other work processes for creative actors to produce renewable innovations.
