Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis implementasi Standar Operasional Prosedur pengadaan barang atau jasa pada PT Lifetime Design. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses pengadaan serta efektivitas Standar Operasional Prosedur yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Standar Operasional pengadaan barang atau jasa pada PT Lifetime Design belum berjalan secara optimal terdapat kendala mengenai komunikasi yang kurang efektif antar departemen dan vendor serta pemantauan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bentuk digitalisasi sistem untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan meningkatkan komunikasi dalam proses pengadaan.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the procurement of goods or services at PT Lifetime Design. Through a qualitative approach, this study is to identify the obstacles faced in the procurement process as well as the effectiveness of the Standard Operating Procedures applied. Based on the results of the study, the Operational Standards for the procurement of goods or services at PT Lifetime Design have not run optimally, there are obstacles regarding ineffective communication between departments and vendors and monitoring that is still carried out manually. Therefore, further development is needed in the form of system digitization to increase efficiency and improve communication in the procurement process.
