Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kesadaran disrupsi, kemampuan teknologi, dan pendidikan calon tenaga kerja di bidang akuntansi terhadap kesiapan kerja menghadapi era disrupsi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 142 responden mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Kota Malang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, terbukti bahwa variabel kesadaran disrupsi, kemampuan teknologi, dan pendidikan calon tenaga kerja di bidang akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja menghadapi era disrupsi digital.

English Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the variables of disruption awareness, technological ability, and education of prospective workers in the accounting field on work readiness to face the era of digital disruption. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 142 university student respondents in Malang City. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it is proven that the variables of disruption awareness, technological ability, and education of prospective workers in the accounting field have an influence on work readiness to face the era of digital disruption.
