Abstract
Pencatatan Pengendalian Distribusi Dokumen Kerjasama yang dilakukan di bagian Purchasing Vendor dan Alat Berat PT. Great Giant Pineapple memiliki peran yang vital bagi pemenuhan keperluan operasional pengolahan lahan perkebunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pencatatan pengendalian distribusi dokumen kerjasama dan pemanfaatan program office add-ins sebagai media pencatatan Pengendalian Distribusi dokumen perjanjian kerjasama. Metode yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah Staf Purchasing Vendor dan Alat Berat PT. Great Giant Pineapple. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil tugas akhir ini berupa deskripsi pemanfaatan aplikasi yang tertaut program Add-ins sebagai media pencatatan dengan pengumpulan kesesuaian data yang ada
English Abstract
The recording of the Distribution Control of Cooperation Documents carried out in the Purchasing Vendor and Heavy Equipment section of PT Great Giant Pineapple has a vital role for the fulfillment of operational needs for processing plantation land. This study aims to describe the system for recording the distribution control of cooperation documents and the use of the office add-ins program as a medium for recording the Distribution Control of cooperation agreement documents. The method used in this Final Project is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants in this Final Project are Vendor Purchasing Staff and Heavy Equipment of PT Great Giant Pineapple. Data collection is done through observation, and documentation. The results of this final project are in the form of a description of the use of applications linked to the Add-ins program as a recording medium with the collection of existing data conformity.
