Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi, dunia kearsipan telah berubah dari penggunaan kertas beralih ke model digital karena arsip sudah menggunakan teknologi sebagai alat untuk mengolah, mengakses dan melestarikan arsip. Dengan mengaktifkan akses yang lebih luas dan cepat, diharapkan arsip menjadi bukti dan mampu berbicara tentang fakta dan memberikan makna dan manfaat dalam hidup. Sehingga, arsip yang dulu hanya dapat dilihat dan dibaca di pusat arsip sekarang dapat mudah diakses setiap saat. Pengarsipan manual akan sangat sulit untuk menemukan arsip di ruang penyimpanan, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh sistem penempatan arsip yang berpindah, arsip yang sering dipinjam, dan biasanya tidak dikembalikan ke tempatnya, begitu pula penyimpanan yang tidak terstruktur. Dengan arsip elektronik memberikan solusi kepada arsiparis untuk mempermudah proses pengarsipan, yaitu Arsip elektronik berbasis Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel berguna untuk pengarsipan data nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia seperti kelengkapan dokumen nasabah

English Abstract

With the development of technology, the world of archives has changed from using paper to a digital model because archives have used technology as a tool to process, access and preserve archives. By enabling wider and faster access, it is hoped that archives will become evidence and at the same time be able to talk about facts and be able to provide meaning and benefits in life. So, archives that used to be only viewable and readable in the archive center can now be easily accessed at any time. Manual archiving will be very difficult to find archives in storage space, this is influenced by file placement systems that move, archives that are often borrowed, and usually not returned to their place, as well as unstructured storage. Electronic archives provide solutions for archivists to simplify the archiving process, namely Microsoft Excel-based electronic archives. Microsoft Excel is useful for archiving customer data of Indonesian Islamic Bank such as completeness of customer documents.
