Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan CSR terhadap kinerja bisnis perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan ROA, ROE, dan Tobin’s Q setelah adanya peraturan OJK No. 51 tahun 2017. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2020-2022. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 54 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh posotif terhadap ROA, ROE, dan Tobin’s Q.

English Abstract

This research seeks to determine the effect of CSR disclosure on company business performance as proxied by ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q after the existence of OJK regulation no. 51 of 2017. The population in this study is mining sector companies listed on the BEI for the 2020-2022. The sample in this study amounted to 54 samples. The data analysis method uses a simple linear regression test using the SPSS for Windows tool. The research results show that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q.
