Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup, electronic word of mouth, cashless society dan sikap terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi QRIS. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior dan Teori Perilaku Konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 365 responden Mahasiswa Aktif S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya angkatan 2020-2022 dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup, electronic word of mouth, cashless society dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi QRIS. Implikasi penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap literatur dengan mengonfirmasi teori yang telah ada yaitu theory of planned behavior dan teori perilaku konsumen. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini memberikan inovasi dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi QRIS bagi Bank Indonesia sebagai penerbit layanan QRIS.
English Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, cashless society, and attitude on the use of QRIS information technology. This research uses Theory of Planned Behavior and Consumer Behavior Theory. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship among its variable through hypothesis testing. This research uses a sample of 365 active undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Brawijaya University, class 2020 to 2022 using non-probability sampling techniques and the data are collected through quesionnaires. The data analysis method involves Partial Least Square analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this research indicate that lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, cashless society, and attitude influence the use of QRIS information technology. The implications of this research contribute to the literature by confirming existing theories, namely the theory of planned behavior and consumer behavior theory. Furthermore, this research provides innovation in the development of QRIS information technology for Bank Indonesia as the publisher of QRIS technology.
