Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pemasaran program klasterku hidupku PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Malang dalam mengembangkan klaster usaha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa strategi pemasaran PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office Malang dengan menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran 7P yaitu product (produk), price (harga), place (tempat) dan promotion (promosi), process (proses), people (orang) dan physical evidence (bukti fisik). Penerapan strategi marketing yang dilakukan untuk program klasterku hidupku berdampak baik dengan adanya penambahan jumlah anggota klaster dengan jumlah yang banyak mencapai peningkatan sebesar 81%
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the marketing strategy of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Malang's klasterku hidupku program in developing business clusters. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the study it is known that the marketing strategy of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office Malang by using the 7P marketing mix strategy, namely product (product), price (price), place (place) and promotion (promotion), process (process), people (people) and physical evidence (physical evidence). The application of marketing strategies carried out for the my life cluster program has a good impact with the addition of a large number of cluster members reaching an increase of 81%
