Abstract
SP atau kepanjangan dari Surat Pengiriman akan menjadi bukti untuk part/komponen yang akan dikirim ke tempat tujuan selama ini masih menggunakan sistem manual atau belum terdigitalisasi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan resiko yang ditimbulkan semua surat pengiriman dokumen cukup besar, seperti tidak tertata dengan baik, serta rawan hilang dan mudah rusak karena berbentuk kertas. Hal tersebut menyebabkan saling tuduh antara satu orang dengan yang lainnya karena tidak ada yang bertanggung jawab jika hal tersebut terjadi. Maka diperlukan aplikasi website untuk menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. surat pengiriman dokumen merupakan aplikasi berbasis website untuk menyimpan semua surat dokumen pengiriman barang di perusahaan GMF AeroAsia. Aplikasi website ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode activity-centered design, yang berfokus pada aktivitas pengguna. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengambil data menggunakan teknik observasi dan diskusi, dimana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk meneliti semua permasalahan, serta diskusi langsung kepada stakeholder terkait, lalu mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, serta menentukan aktivitas aplikasinya. Pembuatan lowfidelity user interface juga dimulai dengan tahapan requirements mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Selanjutnya tahapan pembuatan hifidelity user interface dan prototype aktif menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Pada tahap selanjutnya diuji dengan metode usability testing dan system usability scale (SUS). Pada kusioner ini peneliti menyebarkan 14 pertanyaan kepada responden, tetapi hanya 10 yang menjawab pertanyaan. Masingmasing responden memilik skala likert dari 1-5. Semakin tinggi angka, maka semakin setuju responden atas pertanyaan tersebut. Masing-masing responden akan dijumlahkan semua skala likert, lalu dikalikan dengan 2,5 untuk mendapatkan nilai dari masing-masing responden. English Abstract
SP or the abbreviation for Letter of Delivery will be proof that the part/component that will be sent to the destination is still using a manual system or has not been digitized. This causes the risks posed by all document delivery letter to be quite large, such as not being organized properly, and being prone to being lost and easily damaged because they are in the form of paper. This causes mutual accusations between one person and another because no one is responsible if this happens. So a website application is needed to answer all these problems. document delivery letter is a website-based application for storing all goods delivery documents at the GMF AeroAsia company. This website application was created using the activity-centered design method, which focuses on user activity. The technique used to collect data uses observation and discussion techniques, where researchers go directly into the field to research all problems, as well as direct discussions with relevant stakeholders, then analyze the problems and identify and determine application activities. Creating a low-fidelity user interface also begins with the requirements stage of identifying user needs. The next stage is creating a hi-fidelity user interface and active prototype using the Figma application. In the next stage, it is tested using the usability testing method and system usability scale (SUS). In this questionnaire, researchers distributed 14 questions to respondents, but only 10 answered the questions. Each respondent chose a Likert scale from 1-5. The higher the number, the more the respondent agrees with the question. Each respondent will add up all the Likert scales, then multiply by 2.5 to get the value for each respondent. Then all the scores from each respondent will be added up and divided by the number of respondents. The final result of this questionnaire testing is 77, which is a pretty good score in answering all user problems.
