Abstract

Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang evaluasi dan perancangan prosedur operasional baku (POB) untuk pengajuan cuti dan reimbursement di PT Net Mediatama. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efisien, termasuk dalam hal cuti dan reimbursement, yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan kurang efisien di perusahaan tersebut. Permasalahan yang dirumuskan adalah bagaimana meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses ini melalui pengembangan POB dengan metode digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah adalah rekomendasi POB baru yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Implementasi sistem digital untuk proses pengajuan cuti dan reimbursement diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan memperbaiki alur kerja, mengurangi kesalahan human error serta meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Dengan demikian, PT Net Mediatama dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan harmonis.

English Abstract

This final project discusses the evaluation and design of standard operating procedures (SOP) for leave and reimbursement applications at PT Net Mediatama. The background of this research highlights the importance of efficient human resource management, particularly in the areas of leave and reimbursement, which are still manually managed and inefficient in the company. The formulated problem is how to enhance efficiency in the process through the development of SOPs using digital methods. The method used in writing this final project is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The result of this final project is a new SOP recommendation that is expected to improve efficiency and employee welface. The implementation of a digital system for leave and reimbursement applications is expected to accelerate and streamline workflows, reduce human error, and increase employee satisfaction. Therefore, PT Net Netmediatama can create a more productive and harmonious work environment.
