Abstract
Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Absensi Berbasis Website bertujuan untuk memudahkan sekolah dalam mengelola dan memantau kehadiran siswa secara akurat. Proses pencatatan pada SMPK Santa Mari I Malang masih tergolong manual yaitu mencatat pada lembar absensi sebelum dimasukkan ke Microsoft Excel yang memakan waktu. Perancangan sistem absensi ini menggunakan metode waterfall, dimana metode ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu: (1) Analisis Permasalahan (2) Desain (3) Implementasi (4) Testing/Uji coba (5) Maintenance/Perawatan. Seluruh proses dilakukan oleh guru sebagai pengelolah absen dan admin sebagai pengelola data sekolah.
English Abstract
Designing a Website-Based Attendance Information System aims to facilitate schools in managing and monitoring student attendance accurately. The recording process at SMPK Santa Mari I Malang is still classified as manual, namely recording on the attendance sheet before being entered into Microsoft Excel which is time consuming. This attendance system design uses the waterfall method, where this method has several stages, namely: (1) Requirment Analysis (2) System Design (3) Implementation (4) System Testing (5) System maintenance. The whole process is carried out by the teacher as an absentee management and admin as a school data manager.
