Abstract
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) dari aplikasi pemesanan online layanan Sherly Salon pada platform web mobile dengan menggunakan metode User- Centered Design (UCD). Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, terutama di sektor internet, telah mendorong banyak bisnis termasuk salon untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam meningkatkan layanan dan pemasaran. Sherly Salon, yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2010, menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam memberikan layanan optimal akibat metode pemesanan tradisional dan jangkauan pemasaran yang terbatas. Dengan menggunakan metode UCD, proyek ini berfokus pada pembuatan aplikasi yang ramah pengguna dan memenuhi kebutuhan serta harapan penggunanya. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan proses pemesanan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis salon dengan menyediakan platform yang efisien dan mudah diakses bagi pelanggan dan manajemen salon.
English Abstract
This final project aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of an online booking application for Sherly Salon's services on a web mobile platform using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The rapid advancement of technology, especially in the internet sector, has prompted many businesses, including salons, to leverage technology for enhancing service delivery and marketing. Sherly Salon, which has been operational since 2007, faces several challenges in providing optimal services due to traditional booking methods and limited marketing reach. By employing the UCD method, this project focuses on creating a user-friendly application that meets the needs and expectations of its users. The application aims to streamline booking processes, improve customer satisfaction, and support the salon's business growth by providing an efficient and accessible platform for both clients and salon management.
