Abstract

Perkembangan zaman membuat perkembangan teknologi juga semakin pesat, digitalisasi sendiri bukanlah hanya sebuah tren, namun juga merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, salah satunya UMKM. Rumah Santai Mama merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang kuliner, agar bisa tetap eksis dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi maka dirancanglah sebuat website pemesanan pada Rumah Santai Mama. Untuk membangun, maka diperlukan sebuah rancangan desain tampilan antarmuka atau User Interface. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah menghasilkan desain antarmuka yang menarik serta mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Maka dari itu dibuatlah desain antarmuka web pemesanan Rumah Santai Mama menggunakan metode Goal Directed Design. Goal Directed Design merupakan metode yang berfokus pada tujuan dari pengguna untuk dijadikan acuan dalam merancang sebuah antarmuka. Terdapat beberapa tahapan pada metode Goal Directed Design yaitu Research, Modeling, Requirement, Framework, Refinement, dan Support. Pada tahap Research penulis melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengetahui masalah secara langsung. Pada tahap Modeling dan Requirement, dimana penulis menentukan user persona serta kebutuhan apa saja yang user butuhkan pada rancangan. Pada tahap Framework, penulis melakukan perancangan kerangka kerja atau wireframe dan dilanjutkan tahapan Refinement yaitu mendesain kerangka kerja yang telah dibuat. Tahap terakhir adalah Support dimana penulis melakukan pengujian website menggunakan metode System Usability Scale yang kemudian didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 78, dari hasil penilaian tersebut maka perancangan tersebut dapat dinilai acceptable karena mencapai tingkat kegunaan yang baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna.

English Abstract

The times make technological developments also increasingly rapid, digitization itself is not only a trend, but also a factor that can increase operational efficiency, one of which is MSMEs. Rumah Santai Mama is one of the MSMEs engaged in the culinary field, in order to continue to exist in following technological developments, an ordering website was designed at Rumah Santai Mama. To build, an interface design design or User Interface is needed. The purpose of this design is to produce an interface design that is attractive and easy to use by users. Therefore, the web interface design for ordering Rumah Santai Mama is made using the Goal Directed Design method. Goal Directed Design is a method that focuses on the goals of the user to be used as a reference in designing an interface. There are several stages in the Goal Directed Design method, namely Research, Modeling, Requirement, Framework, Refinement, and Support. At the Research stage, the author conducts observations and interviews to find out the problem directly. At the Modeling and Requirement stage, where the author determines the user persona and what needs the user needs in the design. At the Framework stage, the author designs the framework or wireframe and continues the Refinement stage, namely designing the framework that has been made. The last stage is Support where the author tests the website using the System Usability Scale method which then gets an average score of 78, from the results of this assessment, the design can be considered acceptable because it reaches a good level of usability and is acceptable to users.
