Abstract
Balai Desa Yosowilangun merupakan bangunan yang menjadi pusat pemerintahan desa dan menjadi tempat berkumpulnya masyarakat desa Yosowilangun. Namun demikian, Balai Desa Yosowilangun masih belum memenuhi standard interior. Pada zaman modern ini masyarakat Yosowilangun mulai melupakan kebudayaan lokal mereka akibat pengaruh modernisasi. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah wadah untuk melestarikan budaya lokal, salah satu caranya dengan menerapkan arsitektur Neo Vernakular pada tempat yang menjadi pusat masyarakat yaitu balai desa untuk melestarikan budaya lokal dengan menerapkan konsep modern. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang untuk meredesain balai desa dengan konsep neovernakular. Sehingga dapat menciptakan balai desa yang memenuhi standard kantor dan menciptakan desain interior dengan khas lokal daerah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Proses penelitian ini dimulai dari melakukan observasi secara langsung, menulusuri informasi mengenai Balai Desa Yosowilangun dan melakukan riset mengenai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan Balai Desa Yosowilangun dengan menggunakan konsep Neo Vernakular yang dapat melestarikan budaya lokal dengan menerapkan gaya modern.
English Abstract
Yosowilangun Village Office is a building that is the center of the village goverenment and is the gathering place of the community of Yosowilangun village. Nevertheless, the Yosowilangun village still does not meet the interior standards. In this modern age the Yosowilangun people are beginning to forget their local culture due to the influence of modernization. So there is a need for a container to preserve local culrure, one way of applying Neo Vernakular Architerture to the center of the community, the village office, with the aim of preserving local culture by applishing modern concepts. This is the backgound to redesigning the village hall with the concept of Neo Vernakular. So can create a village office that meets office standards and create an interior design that is typical of local area. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research process begins with direct observations, reviewing information about the Yosowilangun Village Office and conducting research into the needs of the users. The result of this research is the design of the Yosowilangun Village Offcie using the Neo Vernakular concept that can preserve local culture by applying modern style
