Abstract
Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Kasir Mobile Pada Café Kombukei Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi dengan mendesain antarmuka yang mudah digunakan dan dimengerti oleh karyawan dan berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang meliputi tahap-tahap sebagai berikut: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. System Usability Scale (SUS) digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk menentukan kelayakan desain, dengan tujuan untuk memastikan apakah desain telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Mendapatkan Hasil nilai pengujian 80,5 menjadi bukti bahwa perancangan sistem informasi ini sudah layak dikatakan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan efektif dan efisien
English Abstract
UI / UX Design of Mobile Cashier Applications at Café Kombukei Using the Design Thinking Method with the aim of providing solutions by designing interfaces that are easy to use and understand by employees and focusing on user needs. This design employs the Design Thinking method, which encompasses the following stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The System Usability Scale (SUS) is utilized as a measuring tool to ascertain the viability of the design, with the objective of confirming whether the design has fulfilled user needs. Attaining an 80.5 test result provides evidence that the design of this information system is capable of meeting user needs in an effective and efficient manner
