Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi banyak memberikan keuntungan kemudahan dalam akses terhadap informasi di era digital. Salah satunya dalam penjualan yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile. Dengan pertumbuhan teknologi informasi penggunaan perangkat mobile, Nexzu Beauty berupaya untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile yang dapat memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik kepada pelanggannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini dalam merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi mobile Nexzu Beauty. Dalam metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini yaitu user centered design (UCD) yaitu memfokuskan kepada pengguna untuk mendapatkan yang maksimal sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan teknik pengambilan data secara wawancara dan observasi di Nexzu Beauty, penulis mendapatkan beberapa permasalahan dan hambatan yang dialami. Penulis mengumpulkan seluruh kebutuhan pengguna yang akan diterapkan pada desain aplikasi yang akan dibuat. Pengujian rancangan ini dilakukan menggunakan cara system usability scale (SUS) untuk mendapatkan hasil dan kepuasan pengguna dengan maksimal.
English Abstract
The development of information technology has provided numerous benefits, including easier access to information in the digital era. One such benefit is in sales that utilize mobile applications. With the growth of information technology and the use of mobile devices, Nexzu Beauty is striving to develop a mobile application that can provide a better shopping experience for its customers. To achieve this goal in designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the Nexzu Beauty mobile application, the user-centered design (UCD) method is employed, focusing on users to maximize their needs. By using data collection techniques such as interviews and observations at Nexzu Beauty, the author identifies several issues and obstacles faced. The author gathers all user requirements to be implemented in the design of the application. This design testing is conducted using the system usability scale (SUS) method to achieve optimal results and user satisfaction.
