Abstract
Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kab. Temanggung adalah instansi pemerintahan yang berfokus pada pengembangan teknologi, terutama di bidang Informatika. Berdasarkan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Bupati Nomor 29 Tahun 2017, Dinas Kominfo memiliki fungsi memfasilitasi pembangunan dan pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi dan multimedia di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Namun, proses administrasi pengembangan aplikasi masih dilakukan secara manual yang menyebabkan berbagai masalah seperti hilangnya dokumen surat, kurangnya arsip yang terstruktur, dan kesulitan dalam melacak progres aplikasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dirancanglah Sistem Informasi Permohonan Aplikasi (SIPA) berbasis website menggunakan metode Waterfall dan dibangun menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter yang melalui pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing.
English Abstract
The Communication and Informatics Office of Temanggung Regency is responsible for the development of technology in the area of Informatics. They aim to facilitate the construction and development of information systems and multimedia applications within the local government. However, the current administrative process of application development is manual, leading to issues like loss of mail documents, unorganized archives, and difficulty in tracking application progress. To address these problems, a website-based Application Request Information System (SIPA) was designed and developed using the Waterfall method. The system was built using the CodeIgniter Framework and underwent system testing using the Blackbox Testing method. This new system aims to automate and streamline the administrative process of application development, improving efficiency and reducing the occurrence of various problems.
