Abstract

Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) merupakan stasiun radio terbesar yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Indonesia, dengan tujuan memberikan informasi, edukasi, dan hiburan. Seiring berjalannya waktu RRI melakukan konvergensi media untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya, salah satunya dengan menghadirkan program RRI NET yang berisi live streaming. Sistem konvergensi media dilakukan oleh beberapa Kantor RRI salah satunya Kantor RRI Kota Malang. Adanya proses konvergensi media juga berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja karyawan, dimana karyawan dituntut untuk selalu berfikir kreatif dan inovatif. Dilihat dari kondisi eksisting, Kantor LPP RRI Kota Malang belum mendukung laju produktivitas karyawan dalam berfikir kreatif, sehingga hadirnya ruang kreatif pada Kantor LPP RRI Kota Malang dapat menjadi solusi dalam mendukung produktivitas dalam berfikir kreatif. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Landasan teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori ruang kreatif. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan proses redesain atau perancangan ulang interior dengan mengedepankan konsep kreatif dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan atmosfer ruang yang dapat mempengaruhi karyawan dalam berfikir kreatif, sehingga produktivitas kerja dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini di harapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dan acuan dalam perancangan ulang Kantor LPP RRI Kota Malang dengan pendekatan ruang kreatif.

English Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institution is the largest radio station managed by the Indonesian Government, with the aim of providing information, education and entertainment. As time goes by, RRI carries out media convergence to maintain its existence, one of which is by presenting the RRI NET program which contains live streaming. The media convergence system is carried out by several RRI offices, one of which is the Malang City RRI office. The media convergence process also influences employee work productivity, where employees are required to always think creatively and innovatively. Judging from the existing conditions, the LPP RRI Malang City Office does not yet support the rate of employee productivity in creative thinking, so the presence of a creative space at the LPP RRI Malang City Office can be a solution in supporting productivity in creative thinking. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theoretical basis used in this research uses creative space theory. After that, it continues with the interior redesign or redesign process by prioritizing creative concepts with the aim of creating a spatial atmosphere that can influence employees to think creatively, so that work productivity can increase. It is hoped that this research can be a consideration and reference in redesigning the LPP RRI Malang City Office with a creative space approach.
