Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kepatuhan dan pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa dalam podcast Deddy Corbuzier dengan menghubungkan perspektif cyberpragmatik. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan yang menunjukkan bentuk kepatuhan dan pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah video podcast “Close The Door” antara Ivan Gunawan dan Deddy Corbuzier yang berjudul “Cowo Kok Tas Cewe. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak dan catat. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengikuti Miles, Huberman dan Saldana dengan menggunakan beberapa tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data berdasarkan sumber, teknik dan waktu. Hasil penelitian ini teradapat podcast Deddy Corbuzier terdapat bentuk kepatuhan kesantunan berbahasa berjumlah 3 tuturan meliputi maksim kedermawanan (generosity maxim), maksim penghargaan (approbation maxim) dan maksim kesimpatisan (sympath maxim). Tuturan yang mengandung pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa berjumlah 8 tuturan meliput maksim kebijaksanaan (tact maxim), maksim penghargaan (approbation maxim), maksim permufakatan (agreement maxim), maksim kesimpatisan (sympath maxim) dan maksim kesederhanaan (modesty maxim). Dalam perspektif cyberpragmatik, kepatuhan kesantunan berbahsa dapat dilihat sebagai kunci untuk menjaga interaksi sosial yang positif di lingkungan digital. Hal ini mencakup penggunaan bahasa yang sopan, menghormati norma komunikasi online dengan tidak menyinggung atau menghina orang lain, dan memperhatikan konteks dan audiens dalam setiap interaksi secara online. Perspektif cyberpragmatik dapat diketahui melalui analisis data diatas pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa kerap kali terjadi dalam podcast Deddy Corbuzier menunjukkan tuturan-tuturan yang bermotif kelakar dengan tidak menghormati mitra tutur dengan cara menyinggung dan berkata kasar, sehingga tidak memperhatikan kesantunan berbahasa.

English Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe forms of compliance and violations of language politeness in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast by connecting a cyberpragmatic perspective. Researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. This research data is in the form of speech that shows forms of compliance and violations of language politeness. The data source for this research is the video podcast "Close The Door" between Ivan Gunawan and Deddy Corbuzier entitled "Cowo Kok Tas Cewe. Research data was collected through documentation techniques, listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis procedure used in this research follows Miles, Huberman and Saldana using several stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data triangulation in this research uses data triangulation based on source, technique and time. The results of this research show that in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast, there are 3 forms of compliance with language politeness, including the maxim of generosity (generosity maxim), the maxim of appreciation (approbation maxim) and the maxim of sympathy (sympath maxim). There are 8 utterances that contain violations of the principles of language politeness, including the tact maxim, the approval maxim, the agreement maxim, the sympathy maxim and the moderation maxim. From a cyberpragmatic perspective, compliance with language politeness can be seen as the key to maintaining positive social interactions in the digital environment. This includes using polite language, respecting online communication norms by not offending or insulting others, and paying attention to the context and audience in every online interaction. The cyberpragmatic perspective can be identified through data analysis above. Violations of language politeness often occur in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast, showing utterances that are motivated by jokes by not respecting the interlocutor by insulting and speaking harshly, thus not paying attention to language politeness.
