Abstract
Rancangan UI/UX aplikasi HydroMarket menggunakan metode User Centered Design atau UCD yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna seperti reseller. Proses penelitian dimulai dengan wawancara dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan serta persona pengguna. Selanjutnya proses desain antarmuka yang dikembangkan menjadi user journey map, user scenario, wireframe, dan user persona. Selanjutntya mengubah desain yang baru dibuat menjadi prototype interaktif menggunakan software Figma. Prototype diuji dengan metode System Usability Scale untuk mengumpulkan feedback dari pengguna sehingga menentukan kelayakan desain dan memastikan aplikasi ini akan memberikan kenyamanan dan pengalaman yang menarik bagi para penggunanya.
English Abstract
The UI/UX design of the HydroMarket application utilizes the User Centered Design (UCD) method, focusing on the needs of users such as resellers. The research process begins with interviews and observations to identify user needs and personas. The interface design process then develops into user journey maps, user scenarios, wireframes, and user personas. Subsequently, the newly created design is transformed into an interactive prototype using Figma software. The prototype is tested using the System Usability Scale method to gather user feedback, determining the design's feasibility and ensuring the application provides a comfortable and engaging experience for its users
