Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang pesat telah mengubah cara kita bekerja, belajar, dan berkomunikasi. Kehadiran internet memudahkan akses informasi dan digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan. Dalam bisnis, website menjadi media komunikasi yang efektif dan penting untuk menyediakan informasi dan fitur yang dibutuhkan pengguna. Ayam Geprek GN Pati menghadapi masalah kurangnya desain User Interface website yang menarik dan mudah digunakan, serta kendala dalam visibilitas online dan akses informasi bagi pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, proyek ini bertujuan merancang User Interface website yang efektif menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dan alat desain Figma. Proyek ini mengikuti langkah-langkah dalam Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan prototype. Langkah-langkah tersebut mencakup pengamatan permintaan pengguna, pembuatan desain, pengumpulan umpan balik, pembuatan wireframe dan prototype awal, serta pengembangan desain User Interface secara detail. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah System Usability Scale (SUS), dengan responden dari lingkungan mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa desain diterima dengan baik, dengan skor SUS 84,4, yang mengindikasikan kemudahan penggunaan, daya tarik visual tinggi, serta kepuasan pengguna yang signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna dan memperbaiki visibilitas serta efektivitas komunikasi perusahaan Ayam Geprek GN Pati.

English Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information has transformed the way we work, learn, and communicate. The advent of the internet has facilitated easy access to information and is utilized by various demographics. In business, websites have become an effective communication medium and are crucial for providing the information and features users need. Ayam Geprek GN Pati faces issues with the lack of an attractive and user-friendly website User Interface design, as well as challenges in online visibility and access to information for customers. To address these issues, this project aims to design an effective website User Interface using the User Centered Design (UCD) method and the Figma design tool. This project follows the steps in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a prototype approach. These steps include observing user requirements, creating the design, collecting feedback, developing wireframes and an initial prototype, and refining the User Interface design in detail. The testing method used is the System Usability Scale (SUS), with respondents from the student community. The testing results indicate that the design is well-received, with a SUS score of 84.4, demonstrating ease of use, high visual appeal, and significant user satisfaction. This research is expected to improve the quality of user experience and enhance the visibility and communication effectiveness of Ayam Geprek GN Pati.
