Abstract

Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang penerapan aplikasi SEPASI di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban dan pengelolaan arsip elektronik melalui SEPASI dengan mengacu pada teori daur hidup arsip elektronik milik Read and Ginn. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana penerimaan Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban terhadap kedatangan SEPASI sebagai aplikasi baru. Selain itu juga untuk menguraikan bagaimana teknis implementasi dari awal login, penciptaan arsip, distribusi & penggunaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SEPASI sebagai bentuk penguatan pembahasan penulis juga mencoba untuk menjabarkan kondisi internal organisasi dalam pengelolaan arsip elektronik melalui SEPASI di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban yang dilihat dalam 4 tahapan yaitu Penciptaan dan penyimpanan, Distribusi dan penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan disposisi. Tugas akhir ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data tugas akhir ini menggunakan 4 teknik yaitu observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi SEPASI dalam pengelolaan arsip elektronik di Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban melewati tahapan daur hidup arsip elektronik milik Read and Ginn yaitu penciptaan dan penyimpanan, distribusi dan penggunaan, dan pemeliharaan dan disposisi. Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban hanya melewati 2 tahap yang telah dilaksanakandengan baik, yaitu tahap penciptaan dan penyimpanan, dan tahap pemeliharaan namun pada tahap distribusi dan penggunaan dan tahap disposisi perlu mendapat perhatian.

English Abstract

This final assignment discusses the implementation of the SEPASI application in the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade in Tuban Regency and what obstacles are experienced when implementing electronic records management through SEPASI by referring to Read and Ginn's electronic records life cycle theory. This final assignment aims to investigate how the Tuban Regency Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Department received the arrival of SEPASI as a new application. Apart from that, to explain the technical implementation from initial login, archive creation, distribution & use using the SEPASI application as a form of strengthening the discussion, the author also tries to describe the internal conditions of the organization in managing electronic archives through SEPASI at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade. Tuban Regency is seen in 4 stages, namely Creation and storage, Distribution and use, maintenance and disposition. This final assignment is a qualitative research type with a case study approach. Meanwhile, in collecting data for this final assignment, 4 techniques were used, namely participant observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. This research shows that the use of the SEPASI application in managing electronic records at the Tuban Regency Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Department goes through the life cycle stages of Read and Ginn's electronic records, namely creation and storage, distribution and use, and maintenance and disposition. The Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade of Tuban Regency has only gone through 2 stages which have been implemented well, namely the creation and storage stage, and the maintenance stage, but the distribution and use stage and the disposition stage need attention.
