Abstract
Proyek ini membuat website Batu Love Garden berbasis CMS Wordpress sebagai sarana penjualan tiket secara online. Melalui observasi dan wawancara disimpulkan permasalahan dalam penjualan tiket yang masih offline dan mengandalkan pihak ketiga dalam penjualan tiket online. Oleh karena itu, dalam proyek ini dibuatlah sebuah website yang tujuannya untuk menjual tiket secara online. Website ini memiliki fitur e-commerce yang memungkinkan terjadinya transaksi didalam website dan bisa diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Selain itu website yang dibangun juga memiliki metode pembayaran yang lengkap sehingga memudahkan pengunjung untuk melakukan pembayaran. Saran untuk penelitian mendatang untuk melakukan integrasi ke email, sosial media, dan menambah fitur rating dan ulasan, mengoptimasi performa website dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan promosi.
English Abstract
This project involves creating a Batu Love Garden website based on the WordPress CMS to facilitate online ticket sales. Through observation and interviews, it was concluded that the main issues in ticket sales were the reliance on offline sales and third parties for online ticket sales. Therefore, this project aimed to develop a website specifically for online ticket sales. The website features e-commerce capabilities, enabling transactions directly on the site, which can be accessed anytime and from anywhere. Additionally, the website includes comprehensive payment methods, making it easier for visitors to complete their transactions. Suggestions for future research include integrating the website with email and social media, adding rating and review features, optimizing website performance, and developing marketing and promotional strategies
