Abstract
PDAM Tirtonegoro Sragen merupakan sebuah lembaga pelayanan publik pengelola jaringan distribusi air minum dan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan terpenuhinya kebutuhan air bersih di Kabupaten Sragen. Proses pengaduan dan pemasangan baru masih dilakukan dengan manual melalui datang langsung ke kantor. Selain itu, pelanggan mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi terkait PDAM Tirtonegoro. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis memberikan solusi dengan merancang User Interface dan User Experience aplikasi PDAM Tirtonegoro yang menciptakan hasil akhir berupa prototype high-fidelity. Dengan adanya perancangan ini, PDAM Tirtonegoro dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien kepada pelanggan. Proses perancangan menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang melibatkan proses empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan menerapkan task scenario yang sudah dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diperoleh nilai rata-rata SUS dengan skor 86,97 yang termasuk ke dalam kararakteristik tingkat acceptability tinggi, adjective rating excellent, dan grade scale sama dengan A.
English Abstract
PDAM Tirtonegoro Sragen is a public service agency that manages the drinking water distribution network and is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of clean water needs in Sragen Regency. The complaint and new installation processes are still conducted manually by visiting the office directly. Additionally, customers experience difficulties in obtaining information related to PDAM Tirtonegoro. Based on these issues, the author proposes a solution by designing the User Interface and User Experience of the PDAM Tirtonegoro application, resulting in a high-fidelity prototype. This design aims to enable PDAM Tirtonegoro to provide more effective and efficient services to customers. The design process utilizes the Design thinking methodology, which involves the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Test is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method by applying predefined task scenarios. Based on the test results, an average SUS score of 86,97 was obtained, which falls into the high acceptability range, with an adjective rating of excellent, and a grade scale equivalent to A
