Abstract
Di era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, penggunaan internet telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan seharihari. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi di bidang ekonomi menjadi persentase tertinggi dengan persentase sebesar 45,14%. Penggunaan Website bagi RRGraph Design dapat menjadi sarana untuk menjual produk serta melakukan branding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perancangan ulang website, yang dilakukan agar meningkatkan usabilitas website bagi para konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian User Center Design (UCD) yang digunakan untuk pembuatan kerangka perancangan ulang dan System Usability Scale (SUS) yang digunakan untuk proses evaluasi. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa evaluasi website RRPicks masuk dalam kategori poor dengan nilai 50,2 dan setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang didapatkan nilali SUS yaitu sebesar 80,5 dan masuk dalam kategori good.
English Abstract
In the era of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the use of the internet has become an integral part of everyday life. Utilization of Information Technology in the economic sector is the highest percentage with a percentage of 45.14%. The use of a website for RRGraph Design can be a means of selling products and branding. This research aims to evaluate and redesign the website, which is done in order to increase the usability of the website for consumers. The research method used in this research is User Center Design (UCD) which is used to create a redesign framework and System Usability Scale (SUS) which is used for the evaluation process. Through this research, it was found that the evaluation of the RRPicks website fell into the poor category with a score of 50.2 and after the redesign, the SUS score was 80.5 and fell into the good category.
