Abstract
Pelayanan surat menyurat di kelurahan penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan administratif warga. Kantor Kelurahan Kepolorejo Kecamatan Magetan menyediakan layanan surat seperti surat keterangan usaha, domisili, tidak mampu, dan belum menikah. Proses ini sering terkendala berkas yang kurang lengkap dan pejabat penandatangan yang tidak selalu ada di kantor, menyebabkan penundaan persetujuan surat. Sistem informasi pelayanan surat menyurat di Kantor Kelurahan Kepolorejo Kecamatan Magetan dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pelayanan surat. Sistem ini dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall, framework Laravel, dan database MySQL. Sistem ini diuji fungsionalitasnya dengan metode black-box testing dan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan permintaan pengguna.
English Abstract
Correspondence services in village government are important to fulfill the administrative needs of residents. The Kepolorejo Village Office in Magetan District provides letter services such as business, domicile, poor, and unmarried certificates. This process is often constrained by incomplete files and signatory officials who are not always in the office, causing delays in letter approval. The information system for correspondence services at the Kepolorejo Village Office in Magetan District was designed and developed to improve the efficiency of the letter service process. The system was designed and developed using waterfall method, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. The system was tested for functionality using the black-box testing method and can operates according to user requirements.
