Abstract
Guest house memiliki peran penting dalam masyarakat sebagai tempat tinggal sementara, saat berpergian atau bahkan hanya ingin melepas penat, guest house menjadi salah satu hal yang dipilih. Guest house tidak hanya untuk jangka waktu yang singkat, namun ada juga yang membutuhkannya untuk tinggal dalam jangka Panjang. Dengan banyaknya mahasiwa dan universitas di Malang, yang juga merupakan kota wisata, maka guest house menjadi hal yang penting untuk dikembangkan. Dikarenakan banyaknya pengunjung yang ingin menginap di Kopistay Guest house, yang tidak hanya untuk berlibur tapi juga beristirahat dari hiruk pikuk perkotaan, penerapan Healing Environment untuk media healing bagi masyarakat sangat baik diterapkan. Sehingga dengan perancangan ini, bisa membantu memberikan efek healing dan menurunkan tingkat stress.
English Abstract
Guest houses have an important role in society as a temporary place to stay, when traveling or even just wanting to unwind, guest houses are one of the things to choose. Guest houses are not only for short periods of time, but there are also those who need them for long-term stays. With so many students and universities in Malang, which is also a tourist city, guest houses are an important thing to develop. Due to the large number of visitors who want to stay at the Kopistay Guest house, not only for a holiday but also to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, the application of the Healing Environment as a healing medium for the community is very well implemented. So with this design, it can help provide a healing effect and reduce stress levels.
