Abstract
Perancangan Front End Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web Pada Distro Heroine Malang Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan promosi Distro Heroine. Heroine Exprnc, sebuah brand lokal di Malang, menghadapi tantangan dalam promosi dan manajemen inventaris yang masih manual. Dengan metode User Centered Design, sistem ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, baik dari sisi administrasi distro maupun konsumen, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengembangan ini mencakup halaman profil perusahaan, dashboard admin, dan sistem transaksi yang dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat. Implementasi sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok, laporan, dan promosi produk, serta meningkatkan citra profesional dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap Distro Heroine
English Abstract
Designing Front End Web-Based Information System at Distro Heroine Malang Using User Centered Design Method aims to design and implement a web-based information system that is useful for improving the performance and promotion of Distro Heroine. Heroine Exprnc, a local brand in Malang, faces challenges in promotion and inventory management that are still manual. Using the User Centered Design method, this system is designed to meet the needs of users, both from the administration side of the distro and consumers, thus increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This development includes a company profile page, admin dashboard, and transaction system that can be accessed through various devices. The implementation of this information system is expected to improve stock management, reports, and product promotion, as well as improve the professional image and consumer confidence in Distro Heroine
